My name is Scott M. Couillard, and I hope that I can offer you a solution to your computer or network problems. I am A+, NET+, and Microsoft Certified; and have lived in Seward for the past 10 years. I am an AVTEC graduate class of 2003.

UPDATE: It's a girl! Meet Lily; born August 6th at 12:14 PM. She weighed in at 9lb 1oz. Hawaii was good to us!

I can diagnose and repair any component of your PC. I will order all the parts for you at the lowest prices available.

Backup and Restore:

I can backup your existing system and transfer it to a new computer. I can restore your email, photos, and documents.

Data Recovery:

I have the tools to recover lost files. If you have accidentally deleted files, or your hard drive has failed, I can recover your data.

Mail and Web Server Setup and Support:

I can setup and maintain a secure mail and website server for you. I can help to eliminate about 99% of your spam email! I have several years of experience with a proven system. See my "About Me" page for my references.

Firewall Install and Support:

Are you worried about virus and worm threats? I can offer an extremely low cost and very secure firewall appliance for your home or business.

Wireless:

I can install a secure wireless system that allows you to control access and content.

Rates:

I charge $25.00 per hour if you bring your PC to me or arrange for pickup. I charge $35.00 per hour for on-site services. Before I attempt any repairs, I do a complete backup and burn it to disk.
